Hi guys, took 50mg tramadol about 4 hours ago just arrived at a party need some advice. Can i take mdma or pills or speed? Or is this a big no no when combined with tramadol in such a short time. Thanks in advance. xx

The serotonergic effects of tramadol and the lowered seizure threshold both make it a bit dodgy.

You don't want serotonin syndrome, or seizures.
