HELP Speed(Amphetamine)&Booze

i took some speed about 12 hours ago, still cant sleep and having a beer to maaybe help me drift off... however, i have a horrible headache. is it safe to take 500mg of paracetamol?

It's not gonna kill you, but it's not the best for your liver. One is alright though, if you're keeping it to one beer too (or have two of just one, haha).

have you tried otc allergy meds? those tend to knock you out like a baby

DC -> BDD. Also, yes, it's safe. Don't go wild on alcohol though.
