HELP: soar throat from snorting.. dont know whats wrong

i snorted some meth(also smoked) and coke 3 days ago and my throat is getting more and more soar.
doctors are closed on saturday and sunday, witch is bullshit.
since then ive havnt snorted anything or done any drugs besides my own hydromet syrup to help with pain, and smoked one cigarette 5 min ago.

here is what ive been experiencing before i drank some hydromet
dry nose
soar throat(bad pain)
hard to drink water
no fever
yellowish/clear mucous from the back of my throat

what ive experienced after drinking hydromet 80ml(throughout 6 hours) ... i over did it i know
just threw up everything in my stomach(not nauseous anymore )
1/2 as much pain in my throat
no fever
dry nose
easier to drink water
yellowish/clear mucous from the back of my throat

i am going to go to the ER probobly in the next 6 hours if i cannot find out what is wrong or if it gets worse(as the hydromet gets out of my system, because i cannot drive high on this), if it gets better i will wait till the morning to decide if i should go.

if this is a sinus infection, can you please post methods on getting rid of it.

I have experienced similar problems in the past after snorting things.
For me, on about 2 occasions, the pain and intense irritations lasted about 4 days.
But i cannot compare my experience to yours. Our bodies all function in different ways.
Make sure you are smarter than I was, and go see a doctor.
It could just be some irritation from the chemicals.
Hopefully it is nothing serious, like an infection.
This is why it is a good idea to go get a professional opinion.
You should also look into 'nasal douches' if you snort things regularly.
I haven't used them myself, but i have been told they are great for clearing out the nasal passageways of unwanted mucus and gunk.

Make sure what you're snorting is 100% water soluble.
Any insoluble cuts are liable to cause irritation, gunk/blockage, etc.

When I do snort meth, I do bumps. A little at a time. I give it time to absorb before I do another bump. It takes a lot longer but in between bumps I fold clothes or whatever mundane thing I have to do. I found that snorting a line will end up messing up a throat. I have to give myself time to absorb, little by little, over 5 minutes or so.

Also, eating a marshmallow often relieves sore throat pain. It doesn't work for everybody but for a lot of people, munching marshmallows relieves sore throats.

Yeah this isnt unusual when sorting things. The chemicals in the meth can and will irritate your throat when it drips, triggering your sinuses to produce mucous in an effort to flush out the offending particles. Just hock your loogies and blow your nose as often as necessary. If you think you need medical attention, get it. My opinion, base solely on personal experience, is that once you have cleared the mucous containing the irritants you should quickly start feeling better. Its just a matter of expelling all that shit. Again, if you feel like you should see a doctor, by all means do that.

I now notice someone mentioned a "nasal douche" . Not a bad idea, these are available in my area but they are called NETI POTS around here. You can flush your nasal passages with warm salt water and might speed up the process of clearing your irritants.

Just deal with it the way you would deal with a sore throat normally, i'm sure google has lots of recommendations. The only remedy I can remember off the top of my head is to gargle salt water (though don't swallow it of course). As nsauce said, periodically snorting some water can help too.
