help please

I blew like 30mg of OC last night (not at once at all) on top of a fair amount of drinking and I feel like dying right now. Will I be alright/is there anything I can to do to help it? Please don't say do anymore cause obviously I am not going to do that.

I feel like I will be alright but some reassurance will be okay. dont laugh thanks

Ever since I learned to drink a few glasses of water before bed I haven't had a hangover (unless I get so trashed I forget).

I think klonopin is not a bad idea and would help some. Theres no true cure for an alcohol hangover outside of maybe sleep and time, but benzos and opiates can help you to feel better greatly, especially if they help you to relax and fall asleep.

^Full glass or 2 and an aspirin b4 bed and you probably won't get a hang over, or atleast not an obnoxious one. And for some reason fast food ironically makes my hangovers disappear
