help please. sleep deprov/mixedamphet +Primary Hypotension

This hasnt happened before quite like this but basically at work out of no where i got confused and disorented. I forgot who i was talking to to begin with and didnt know what i was doing at all.

Through out the night i felt as lf i had been falling into micro sleeps. I'm actually trying not to pass out while typing this. If i look down and up i get crazy vertigo

Some backround since this typing this isn't working for me

I'm diagvnossed primary hypertensive and since about 2 hours ago to can see where veins burst on my eye, forearm and forehead.

im 24 170lbs 6'1

any info would be awesome


also this is my normal dose which shouldnt be having me this problkems

I recommend speaking to a doctor, burst veins and dizziness are signs of a medical issue.

Stop taking amphetamines and get some sleep, that is the best course of action, it sounds like you're nearing the edge between sleep deprivation and psychosis. Staying awake will only make this worse.

Please get some sleep and then speak to a doctor. I'm going to close this because we can't really do much for you, we're not doctors.
