HELP please shot china rash

i just shot china and forgot to loosen tie off before shot my arm was going numb immediatly after shot i loosened tie off but then my arm broke out in extreme rash all the way to my hand and now my hand is swollen ive had a similiar rash before but nothing like this and into my hand
 
It's hard to get a good idea of what's going on from your description. Hitting an artery or nerve can cause swelling and numbness that takes a couple days to go away. I'd get it investigated by a medical professional as it's really impossible for us to tell you what's going on and whether it's something that needs attention. Better safe than sorry.

Is the swelling starting to go down? Have you seen a doctor?
 
Yeah its actually almost all the way gone, took quite a while to heal.
I actually think it had something to do with my arm being numb when missed the shot. I have no logical reasoning why to think that but i really think thats why.

It was probably because the blood flow was obstructed by the tie, causing a bad miss and histamine reaction. Glad it's improving :)
