Cocaine breaks down really quickly in blood, most effects from nasal cocaine won't usually last longer than about 30 minutes, and it will be essentially all eliminated in a few hours. The after effects of cocaine don't last multiple days, in general. Even if it was cut with e.g. cathinones, it shouldn't last longer than about a day or two. Your body generally recovers from exertion pretty well.
If you've discontinued a nicotine habit, that's probably why you feel shitty. Nicotine withdrawal can put you on edge, make you feel jittery and uncomfortable, easily panicked, makes you have intense dreams, and so on.
Panic also has a way to amplify itself in some people (you start panicking, heart rate goes up, then you realise this and panic more, etc). So the best option is to just keep as relaxed as possible, and don't worry too much. You're going to be fine.
