Heroin Help please! Heroin stuck in my butt

I just went to the city to get dope and put it in my ass because cops, now it's stuck and kinda up there, is there something I can do to get it out? Please help I wanna try everything before going to te hospital

It's not 100% sealed baggies ad I tried but I just pushed it up farther I'm like freaking out I took laxatives idk what to do
