Help. On methadone and been using!!

I am currently on a low dose of methadone. Under 20 MG. These last two weeks I have been using diludid 8 and hydro morphine. Now my normal meth dose won't carry me. What can I do? Is there a fast way to get my tolerance back down?

IMO you should try subuxone to get off opiates. it helped me alot and i still got high when i did occasionally use.

What's the difference between dilaudid 8 & hydromorphone? I thought it was the same narcotic?

Hydromorphone will take your tolerance up......what were you taking before you started on methadone?

Hydro morphine and hydro morphone are two very different drugs the morphone is the strongest of the two by a long shot.

If you wait it out then your tolerance will go back down but not much else you can do unless you want to raise your dose.
That's what happens when you screw around on other opiates on top of methadone you gotta pay the price afterwards. The withdrawal is only mild anyways just wait a few days and your body will get accustomed to the old dose of Meth before your know. it.
Either that or give yourself a shot of narcan and go into instant withdrawals that make you want to die but your tolerance gets reset partially.

So did I... Dilaudid is just the brand/trade name for Hydromorphone HCL isn't it?

I've never heard of Hydromorphine??? Neither has Google by the looks of a quick search?

Think about all the people on mmt that stayed consisten with their usage everyday with no illegal opioid's bc of possible failed drug tests and then they find out about the fentanyl analogs which are incredibly cheap and can break through you methadone dosage easily.after a month or two of mixing those two I know if two people that decided to quit mmt (to save money) and just strictly take b-f and are back to having an opiate that needs constant dosages everyday that life gets unmanageable quickly.

In Canada we have hydromorphine pills I haven't seen one in years I remember getting some from a guy years ago he called em hydra-morphine pills they were not very strong though definitely not hydromorphone it was just plain morphine. I think its like a brand name but it seemed like just regular morphine to me.
