Any info YOU could give US will help to. What's it supposed to do, why'd you buy it, etc.
At the risk of being unpopular, I'm going to say this: plug it, bottle and all.
 
Its nitroglycerin. If you have a heart condition that you need to use nitroglycerin to stimulate the dilation of your veins and arterys to lower the strain on your heart, you should talk to your doctor. No one on this board are going to beable to help you with your heart condition.
