Help needed with judgement on comedown from meth! I'm too baked!

So a really simple question with some background. I just don't trust myself to judge this cos I'm high and outside my normal experience. If you don't answer soon then no need!

* I've been up on meth since Fri morning and have something to finish. It woke me up despite no dose for 20 hours and a xanax.
* I have to be functional to make a very high level sales pitchy type call on tue. I am usually ok at them, and this is very important. I am willing to do a low dose of meth to get through (about 10-15mg is probably enough).
* I am willing to risk the call, but have to go to work Monday. I might try and sleep somewhere, but it can be hard.

I would greatly value some input on:

If I take more meth to finish what I'm doing, then sleep 10 hours tonight, would I have a reasonable chance of being survivably coherent on Tue, and vice-versa if I don't will I be able to remember the idea. I've only taken meth 3 times, but my memory is a little sub-optimal from 20 years of on-off weekly amphetamine; usually at high doses rather than long binges. The longest binge I've ever done was 5 days and that would of been right off. I only did that once and it was planned.

Apologies for asking such a direct question rather than research, but I'm a bit baked and the answer is clearly a bit subjective and I am not in a good decision making space (well, obviously taking more meth is a good idea). I also don't post much for which I apologise, but I have social anxiety and working doesn't leave much space (I only post when I'm high!). Apologies if this should be in another forum or something.

You don't need to read below here ... it's fluff for those that are interested. I'm high so thought it was crucially important then realised it wasn't and separated it out. I don't seem to be able to completely let go though.

P.S. For those who are interested in the value judgement. Last time, I finally managed to reconcile my subtly modified engineering model of the scientific method (it's standard) with the classic reductionist stuff in my scientific education that I was having to ignore to solve real world problems where certainty is low and which cause me no end of management problems. It's not a great innovation (it's called chaos theory and the modification is tiny), but I'd never studied it properly (it's rarely taught properly even in physics), and I re-derived it's fundamental insight by copying the human reward system which was so interesting it suggests a lot of other possible lines of inquiry around more heuristic data processing methods. Since I plan to quit working soon and try and practice genuine Eudaimonia (look it up, it's an interesting read), I want to re-inspire that delight in understanding that I've had to kill to function in a corporate environment. Even if the ideas don't work out, they are mine and they will be fun to work with.

oh, and I'm using meth to quit meph since I was snorting meph to survive the horror of my work environment, and I wanted to change the ROI to one which is slower to act and have a longer lasting effect to get back to my old style monthly usage since the snorting thing was really getting to me. It's a form of titration and I'll post if it seems to work, and there's no reference on here; although I am moving to speed cos meth takes too long to come down and creates a lasting sleep deficit. It may not be a genuinely recommended method though because purity is hard to control and you still have to get away from the previous drug. Thankfuly, I got some basically uncut speed this week though so no more meth except maybe special occassions.
 
It's sunday, you have to work tommorow and you took a little meth today to get something done? Or are you sleeping already and going to work tommorow not high?!

as long as you let yourself comedown, you should be pretty okay by Tuesday, you went on a little bit of a binge and you might feel a little strange still, but nothing big....

I like to get a bag of frozen mixed veggies from the store, stir fry it in a pan with a little olive oil, maybe a little garlic powder salt and pepper....Then, just boil some pasta, coat it in a little olive oil and serve the veggies on the pasta...It's very light and easy to eat after binging on amphetamines....Maybe with a nice glass of milk....Then, take a nice hot shower, have a few beers, some weed, or a low dose benzo and try to get some sleep

Post binge nutrition is a big thing for recovery...maybe a multi vitamin and a bunch of gatorade or water tommorow....rehydration
