HELP NEEDED - Gold cK RESULTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok i bought a gold cK, 1 week ago, for a rave, i never took it, but i just tested it then with my newly aquired Large EZ Tester...
and it got NO result !!!, i tested twice... and no reaction @ all. except for some of the gold/orange'y colour came off into the liquid
the pill is a Gold cK, 4mm x 8mm. pressed very hard, slight bevel on both sides....

the pill has been rated @ 7-8's but there have been some reports of 1's etc...
i have been looking @ all the other pills, and it doesnt look like the fakes... the cK are nearly overlapping, the cK is centred. no domed sides or splits on the pill @ all.
i tested the pill on a white plastic plate.. and when i rubbed the liquid off with a tissue the paper had all BLACK liquid over it.. (what does this mean????)
so basically no reaction to the pill @ all, and it doesnt seem that the liquid has sunk into the scape of pill either ???
its now about 10mins on and NO reaction... (i bought with 3 other friends, but have yet to get a response on how the pill went..) they never tested there pills!
ohh btw, my location is QLD, apparently the dealer had just came from sydney only days b4!
any info would be greatly appreciated!

If it's real MDxx it will react in some fashion. The only other possibility is that you didn't scrape nearly enough reactable material off the pill (some pills have high binder/filler content).
For future reference, use a glass surface for the reaction, and don't look at the color once you wipe it up...then it's reacting with whatever is absorbing it (paper, linen, etc.).

Your tissue went black because the Marquis reagent was EATING it away (this is normal: the solution is VERY toxic and corrosive, so be careful!)...the same thing happens with the 'E' test, by the way..it's the usual reaction and a fun one to watch!

Have a look at the Gold cK's listed on The Peak!...perhaps your's looks like the ones we have done?....that may help you...
Otherwise, I'm afraid the pill may be a dud....there are HUNDREDS of cK variations around, all of which look similar and of course, we ALL want them to be great. The fact is, if you have a new tester and you have scraped off what appears to be a significant amount (ie. more than a pinhead) and it has NO reaction (perhaps do the test twice to be sure), you have a DUD PILL...no two ways about it...DO NOT TAKE THE PILL...if possible, RETURN IT and get your cash back..
The reagent appears to be fine, as you state you just got it and it's from the LARGE E-Z Test (the small ones are all expired now and useless). Plus, it turned the tissue paper black as it ate it away, so it must still be OK..
Sorry, I think your pill is probably a dud..

ok well after reading the reply posts... i tested it ONE more time... this time on a white porcelin plate, i split the ck, and used some from the middle..
and so far...NOTHING.......... (i have only tested a few pills b4 this one... but i cant remmeber whether the testing agent disolves the pill material ??? coz looking @ this the pill material is still intact.. sorta like dropping a rock into fish tank!!! the small piece is still sitting there.... (could it be that the combining agent is very stong.. OR most probable, its a dud pill ??? (i cant believe it coz my mates and i got 3 pills, and surely mine cant be the dud of the lot ?????)
goddam this fuckin sux, pills are SOOO hard to come by here atm!!!!!!!!!! and when i finally get one.. its fucked !

well voodooo, i applied the ez-test liquid, and the clear liquid stayed clear!, this is the first pill ive tested which has done nothing when the testing agent was applied...
so ive got no idea which, either its reacted and stayed clear, OR there has been NO reaction ???
ive got NO idea... i wish i could have tested the other pills from the bunch we had!!!
any info, if it IS pma would be appreciated.

I hope you didnt place liquid on the plate then put some pill in coz thats the wrong way around.
You only need a tiny scraping of a pill...make sure it is crushed up into VERY fine powder, then drop the liquid onto it. It should then change colour. If it doesnt, either turf the pill, or get another tester.
 
nono, i never dropped it in... but that was the example....... the drop of liquid just sat on it.. and did nothing!
 
I am almost positive these were the 'pseudo' ck's we got for Utopia... they looked exactly as you described, very professional looking and the picture is exactly right...
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TAKING IT! Sadly all we experienced from these was a bit of a placebo effect from the anticipation of actually having a gold ck, big dissapointment. Our friends who went and picked them up were supposed to test em (grrr)

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, both of my mates that took the cK's said it was an OK pill, not the strongest........... it totally wacked my other mate.... he was peaking for like 5hrs and was still buzzing on the way home from the rave!
so i just dont no......... since i never bought the pills myself, i couldnt test it... but b4 i buy i will test in the future!........
