Help my gear dissolved into paper

Hello I am brand new to this site and I apologize if this post is in the wrong section, I looked hard to find the right one
I just bought half a g of east coast powder and it came in a piece of white paper. After a while it got wet and there are still some clumps however most of it has been dissolved into the paper. I do IV, and I was wondering what's the best way I can get it back?? Do I let it dry and hope to returns to powder or do I put the paper in water?? I googled this question and looked all over and I really couldn't find a solid answer. Please help me! Thankyou

Had that happen once, dropped it in the toilet while tryin to do a shot. I let it dry and it just disappeared so do NOT dry it, i learned that the hard way. As for what to do i really dont know, i just went and got more :/

Have you ever pounded you cottons to get another shot, just take the paper put it in maybe a shot Glass add water and squeeze it out, I've done this a bunch of times with bth and it worked out ok
