Wellllllll... Why don't you read the FAQ at the top of every page. And read the greenlighters guide (There is a link in my signature) And only member that are logged in can see profiles. Are you trying to contact somebody? Is that why you want to send someone a private message?

Yes, other people can see your profile.
You can change your pictures by clicking on User CP in the upper left hand corner, and then "Edit Profile Picture".
Your avatar which shows up with every post you make, is different from your profile picture.
