It would depend on many factors, which I am not going to get into because I do not think legal discussion is not a topic allowed on this site and well your attorney should be able to inform you of that and you cannot find out the information on your own first.

I really wouldn't be that stressed over one charge because your attorney can kinda get it reduced or complete some sort of treatment program, etc.

Your local laws should tell you and I am surprised you didn't already hear it from the magistrate. I would imagine that you could just google it.

You can google your own arrest and see what your charges are both in the paper and on sites that will keep your mugshot up for an indefinite period of time as some form of blackmail. Do not pay these sites to remove your picture as there are many and there will always be new ones as well as them getting money for that will only encourage them.

Just like Captain said, get a lawyer. You probably would do better to hire one than to get a public defender.
