i hope for help:
i take since half year 300mg Bupropion & 37,5mg Venlafaxin. i will take one day speed, max. 1gr.

Have i to stop some days before taking of burp...& venla...?

And you wan't to know if using speed for one day will interact with your medications in a bad way.. correct?

I really don't know.. I think I were taking Venlafaxine 150mg my last speed binges..

well bupropion is a dopamine reuptake inhibitor, so that may have some effect on your high.......

i have read one time about the " risk of attack of sudden cramps", how big is this risk if i take normaly like always elontril, venlafaxin and one day long speed?

should a DRUI + Speed (amphetamine) make it last longer.

Your inhibiting the dopamine from being reuptaked, but then you are essnetially creating more, which can't go anywhere.

One takes dopamine prsent and keeps it there, one raises dopamine levels, so wouldn't you be locking the dopeamine levels in at a higher amount?

you should be fine taking your medication. you actually might get super high. extra dopamine (speed) and not allowing it's reuptake (venla)

I'm reading the question as being whether the OP needs to stop taking the other drugs before doing speed in order to prevent cramps.

What kind of amphetamines are you going to be taking OP? I've had stomach cramps the day after doing lines but it had nothing to do with other drugs it was just part of the whole shitty coming down thing.

It would be a really good idea for you to read up on what you can expect when you're coming down from amphetamines - it can be quite unpleasant even if you don't get cramps.

I'd be more concerned about a seizure than cramps. I don't know the answer to the question but I always noticed that when I was on Wellbutrin that the effects of Adderall or Dexedrine weren't as intense. I could still feel them and the comedown would always be smoother but basically I didn't feel much of a need to take amphetamine when I was on Bupropion.

As for cramps, I don't know, I wouldn't be worried about cramps, just seizures because Wellbutrin has a bad reputation when it comes to seizures.
