Help me identify this, please!!

What is this?? How can I find out for sure what it is?

I only see one photo but from the outside, it looks like a crack stem. I'm guessing going by what you've said about the wire bundles- that would hold the crack inside.

We don't do identification. But yes, it's probably an instrument for smoking Crack. I wouldn't touch it with your bare hands at any rate.
