Help me avoid throwing up on heroin

The only opiate that ever made me nauseous was suboxone, and that's only usually if i drink with it..oh God i remember the first time i tried subs...2mg intranasal and i was fine as wine until i accepted an invitation for a shot of whiskey or 3 and, Fuck, that is a mistake i won't make again!

Never tried heroin, i live in a hick town, the hardest drugs you can get are blow and shitty meth...i don't even want to try meth, i can hardly stand Adderall tho.

Does it make you more nauseous than morphine, codeine, oxy, dilly, etc?

All you need is domperidone (motillium). It's an anti-emetic which exerts its anti-dopaminergic effects on the chemoreceptor trigger zones which control emesis just outside the blood-brain-barrier.

T I do not see here is that lowering your dosage should be number one Instead of covering up the nausea.
adding more sedation on top of a slight overdose is not the way to go.

One time when I was on heroin and two of my friends had smoked weed, they had munchies and were devouring Doritos. It made me feel so sick listening to it that I puked.

Lower your dose. Back off on it, you can always add a bit more, but never less. If you find you've done too much and you've got lorazepam around, that is a good anti-nausea. There is a good reason your body wants to eject it...

Do not use benzos in the event of a slight overdose.

This can and most likely will be fatal if you are not tolerant to them.

Huh?!? I equate this response to someone ordering a steak and asking the waiter/waitress how it should be cooked ( like rare, medium, well done) and their answer being they should just order the lasagna, then saying its because red meat is bad for your health but lasagna is not.

I love this response! I for the first time had the vomiting experience on heroin and was trying to find some answers thru your posted question. Thanks for posting btw. Anyways, I rolled my eyes when I read the answer that inspired your reply.

I am starting to feel better now after many hours of being afraid to fall asleep because of the nausea (and REALLY) wanting to nod! Had to force myself to keep awake. This was a new batch and, yeah I think I did too much.

Horrible advice. Don't take any other drugs if you've taken too much of an opiate.

ESPECIALLY benzodiazepines

Thank you for your reply. I knew better than to take anything that would make me more tired. I had benzos within reach but did not take them. Something about knowing if you fall asleep, you will likely choke on your own vomit and die, made me think better of mixing the benzo with my already too heavy dose of H. It took several hours of really NOT good, but all ended up ok.

Yesterday I cut my dose into a 3rd of what I took the night I was sick and it was just right. Lesson learned!
