Help me avoid throwing up on heroin

I want to know what I can do to help me not throw up on heroin. I've been doing heroin for a few years now. It's been on and off. Well, I snort dope and sometimes I throw up. Other times I do not. Lately I've been throwing up nonstop and so when I do a bag or two I always get paranoid that I'm going to get sick. I then immediately grab a bag because the thought of the drip alone makes me want to vomit. So I always work myself up and what do you know? I do a bag and I throw up automatically. I'm starting to think its not because I'm doing too much but its from the drip alone. I guess I'm too sensitive to the drip. How do I stop this? I just got done throwing up again and am high out of my mind. I enjoy this but this vomiting really kills my vibe.
 
Take Tums or a similar product prior to indulging in youre dope. Also, keep a flavored drink or something small to snack on like crackers. Nothing big as it may trigger a stonger urge to yack. Also, power of mind has a lot to do with it..keep a positive mind and dont think bout the urge to yack.
 
Tums or anything like that does not have any properties to prevent nausea and vomiting so I'm not sure why it is suggested. Usually when you vomit it is because you are doing too much...so cut back for goodness sake.

If you feel that its not that the dose is too high and that it is more the drip then just keep in mind that some peoples gag reflexes are very sensitive. If I have just plain old post nasal drip it can make me throw up. Add a little taste of something like H to it and I will for sure. The only thing I know that will stop it would be go another route. Have you tried plugging it?
 
Well the ideal thing would be to stop using it. However if you could get some metoclopramide off a doctor that would be good as it is great for opioid induced nausea as it is a strong D2 antagonist and a 5ht3 antagonist and Heroin like all opioids cause nausea by triggering off the chemoreceptor zone via stimulating too much dopamine release in this area of the brain. Other drugs that could help are promethazine, dimenhydrinate, prochlorperazine and chlorpromazine. As prochlorperazine and chlorpromazine aka Thorazine aka largactil are anti-psychotics and metoclopramide is also a strong D2 antagonist these drugs can cause the much dreaded movement disorders caused by anti-psychotic drugs.
 
dude heroin is a fatal for f}your health, i sugest you try psycodelic such as lsd or shrooms, their aren't bad for your health plus they are fuking amazing. Or just smoke weed.

Huh?!? I equate this response to someone ordering a steak and asking the waiter/waitress how it should be cooked ( like rare, medium, well done) and their answer being they should just order the lasagna, then saying its because red meat is bad for your health but lasagna is not.
 
Try using cannabis alongside it, it will act in synergy with the heroin and prevent nausea at the same time. Alternatively some antihistamine like promethazine will act in a similar way. You could even use both with the heroin at the same time.
 
You can try having food in your stomach before the injection.
Also compazine or a similar anti-nausea drug.
When I first did an opiate I had nausea the first two or three time, after that it never returned.
You might aso try soda crackers.
That all my ideas.
Never did heroin much but I have done every schedule II opiate in the market. My favorite s oxymorphone Hcl. Brand is Numorphan more recently called Opana. In the sixties they were called blue morphine, because if you took the whole ten mg. tab they would turn you blue, now they come in 40 mg time released pills. Never done Opana, but I have done numorphan injection in 1 mg ampules. They are great. I think they're better then heroin. But I have never been Abe to do Pharmacutical heroin. I don't do street drugs, only because I don't know the chemist and people are sick and will put anything in what they are making.

I always threw up on it too. I didn't snort it though, only smoked it or shot it. So at least for me it wasn't because of the drip, just the heroin itself.

In my experience every time I puked it would suck while I was throwing up, but afterwards my high would always intensify. Like others have said though, you're probably doing too much at once. Try just doing a little, then if you don't feel it, do a little more. But take some time in between. If you do too much at once you'll puke because your body can't take it in that quick. If you do a little at a time your body will be able to process it easier. Basically your body goes into shock and you throw up.

Shoot your dope with Benadryl. Not only does Diphenhydramine increase the effects of dope, it stops you from vomiting.
 
^diphenhydramine is corrosive to veins so don't make this a regular practice.

I think someone suggested this already but smoke weed before you do your dope and while your on it, I used to puke every time I shot dope too but smoking weed seriously helps so much. It gets rid of all the nausea.

Or as someone else suggested, you could simply switch ROAs.
 
taking a litle less and GINGER! by far better than any pharm at easing nausea. its a staple when i have a migraine. i get bags of the candied kind thats not totally covered in sugar and nibble pieces and spit it out. you cna actually feel it start to stop the nausea as soon as it hits the stomach. amazing stuff.

You can only IV diphenhydramine through a slow drip as slamming it fast such as in a syringe will fuck your veins up bad or blow them out entirely. This goes the same for dimenhydrinate and most other anti-histamines though there are a few exceptions. I have had vials of diphenhydramine and dimenhydrinate and they all say for IM use or slow IV drip only. I did like taking a IM shot of diphenhydramine about 10 minutes before IVing dilaudid or morphine to boost the high but it's really no stronger then the same oral dose to me atleast. It just kicks in alot faster when taken IM.

I can't imagine shooting the pills as they have so many binders that they must be dirty as fuck for shooting. Wrecking your veins for something like diphenhydramine is kind of retarded to say the very least as you might as well save your veins for much better drugs.
 
How about, oh i dunno, taking Diphenhydramine ORALLY before IVing the dope.

Well that's generally what i do. I like keeping a few vials of diphenhydramine or dimenhydrinate around in case i or someone i know has a allergic reaction or needs to get rid of the opiate itch really fast. I like keeping dimenhydrinate vials around for if i'm throwing up and can't take any pills.

I like taking some diphenhydramine, dimenhydrinate or better yet doxylamine about a hour before i take a shot cause they boost the high pretty good.
