okay so im really scared.... im an addict and im addicted to injecting dilaudid. well this mornign i woke up and prepared my shot like every morning. after i did my shot like 10 minutes later i realized i DIDDNT INJECT WATER. it was pop. sprite. i dont feel like anythings wrong with me. but what shoud i do? is somthing going to happen?? i feel nomal except for just having really bad anxiety because im scared...
 
What did you shoot. It's okay. Be calm I'm here to talk. Please explain what you prepared in the needle. Don't log off.
 
i accidently mixed sprite with my pills instead of water... then shot it... it wasnt alot.. half of the needle full... but still... and i feel normal.. except for my panic attack...
 
If you are saying that you injected Sprite as in the soda I would recommend going directly to the hospital. Get off the computer and call and ambulance asap.
 
yes i did... but shouldnt somthing have happened right away? like nothing happened its been 30 mins
 
I did the same thing once you will be completely fine man don't let the person above me ^^ freak ya out you will be ok but of course if I start to experience weird symptoms or notice swelling at injection site or somethin along those lines then yes get help but u will be ok in my opinion
 
snakevillion you mistaked sprite for water? theres no swelling or nothing i diddnt miss the shot.. i felt a normal rush like it wasn othing .. i still feel norma except for my panic.. and it awasnt alot either... the needle was only filled to like 40.
 
my town is INFESTED with dilaudid... the 4mg, 8mg, 6mg capsules, 12mg capsules, 18,24,30mg capsules... literally this town is infested lol. and its cheap
 
update.. been over 2 hours.. 100% normal.. i think im fine.. never making that mistake though. suprise i diddnt get cotton fever from it.
 
Couldn't really find much on the internet about injecting soda accidentally but please be careful in the future......I know you're only thinking of getting that fix on & are excited about getting high but your safety of your mind & body are more important than the drug.

If youre feeling okay 2 hours after shooting up sprite with dilaudid, you should be okay.

Just be careful.........
 
thanks for the help.. definitly will be double checking from now on..... kinda a freak accident huh.. been over 2 hours and i feel fine.. i think im VERY lucky it wasnt a full shot.. it was not alot of liquid.. so im lucky for that...
 
kinda messed how this was kind of a serious issue that i needed help figuring out (its all good now) and there is almost 200 views , but 13 replies.... really not good ratio lol...
 
I've seen ppl inject using iced tea when they didnt have water lol...
Honestly that few mLs of soda isn't going to cause a problem in the liters of blood in your system. And sprite is mostly water anyway...

You are more likely to suffer consequences from the anxiety than the actual shot. Relax. As a onetime thing--not a big deal.
 
yeah.. im all calmed down now... i even thought about people who use dirty ass water from muddy puddles to shoot... that MUST be worse then pop.. im thankful nothing happened though.. thanks dude
