HeLp - Kava supplement combined with Gaba suplement

i hope this message is clear enough for people to understand but i just want to make sure that this combination wont cause any adverse affects, because i realized taking a gaba supplement with the 5 250mg capsules (you do the math, i can't) of Kava was a silly idea because of gaba receptors and some other scientific stuff i am usually well versed in and can't explain right now.

anyways i was looking to relax and took kava on its own and was experiencing a great time..... then for some reason i took a Gaba capsule (i think it was 500mg)

is this dangerous? i can't find any info on this combination anywhere else,
somebody please respond quick if you know any info on these two supplements in combination and what, if any, adverse affects there could be.

Kava is weak anyway.
** I'm not dissing kava, but IMO anything that's store bought has little effect (extracts, capsules tinctures)
I think to really experience Kava you need fresh plant, read up on traditional Kava culture.

SO i'm saying any Gaba -action that kava has is probably pretty weak. So adding a gaba supplement to the mix shouldn't cause any harm unless you went all out with Massive does of both kava and gaba together,

Kava, in much research, has been shown to actually regrow GABAa receptors. Not a problem to mix, and may help with withdrawals if one is trying to quit benzos. Found this effective myself.
