Opioids Help increase my high

SWIM are on 100mcg/hr fentanyl patch, have 5mg oxy IRs for breakthru, and indocin (which is actually a potent NSAID)
Right now, SWIM JUST wants to feel fucked up for a lil while...but what to do? SWIM have other meds too like valium, 1 ambien left ( i think) , Haldol, and more... but this person just wants to feel as fucked up as they used to be able to get.. HELP
 
Take more oxy than usual...

No matter what tolerance will be a factor in your life.

No need to add valium ambien or haldol, which all will do nothing as far as euphoria... Quite the opposite of what you want.
 
2 oxys left, (i go back to pain management tomorrow) should i just say fuck it and snort them both now?
I need to talk to my PM tomorrow.. oxy 5s are nothing to me, even being on the Fentanyl patch, I need something like morphine... or dilaudid, opana that range at least... what best oral solution med should I try to get (not any oxy tho)
