1mg suboxone is equal to well over 40mg of hydrocodone (some charts say 60mg, but I don't think it's that high), so even if the doses of suboxone were too low to cause the blockade effect, you will barely feel the tussionex since your tolerance was jacked up.

My tolerance is about the same as the OP's and I've never experienced restless leg syndrome.

Hence the "For some people"; it happens.
