Help I'm on a 24 hour powder cocaine binge

Jesus Christ I've been snorting 2 small to medium size semi thin lines of cocaine ever 30mins for the past 24 hours...I did run out for 6 hour because this chick wasn't answering her phone and I did manage to get 4 hours of sleep..she called me back and delivered some more to me..this girl is a Spanish girl and she is generous as fuc..ask her for $50 worth and this bitch gives me $200 worth of some of the best shit I have ever had..last time I did this drug it was about 8 years ago occasionally but I gave it up because it made me tweek hard as shit..my nose hurts and I know I need to to stop but I freaking can't cause I have a good bit left..fuc man I know when I run out the come down is going to be hell..
I'm about 4 months clean of opeites and Xanax so I can't take any to help with the come down or I'll mess my sober streak up..
