how do you post on fourms here?

Well, seeing as how you have 10 posts to your name, I'm guessing that you've figured it out. But the simplest way is to type in your response in the text box at the bottom of a thread (assuming you want to reply), and then hit 'post now'. Posting a new thread involves clicking on the 'New Thread' button on the upper left quadrant of the screen at the top of the forum page.
