Hey! I came on here as a last resort bc I need help! I found a little ball of a chunkier material wrapped in tissue and when confronted the person I live with about it the response was they never had seen it. It was flushed before I got the chance to really take a look at it. So needless to say I am trying to find out what it was and am having no luck on the internet. I was able to find a few particles lol - hopefullly someone out there can help.

It wasn't rocky, but a chunkier material (almost looked like sand) with chunkier pcs (but not large pieces). When I crushed it with my finger it crushed into white powder (it was not white before this more offwhite closer to brown). I tasted it and it tasted very strong but I cant put a name on the taste -but it definitely was something as the taste was so strong.

I am so clueless when it comes to drugs so please help - is cocaine something you have to crush into powder? Orrr any other suggestions?

It might be crack. If it were crack, then it should have numbed the tip of your tongue when you tasted it. If you have more of the substance left, then put some onto your tongue and in a minute or so it should be numb. It's probably crack...
 
Actually, yeah, re-reading the post now... It sounds more like heroin. It wasn't a rock-like material but more sand-like... yeah, dope maybe...
 
sounds like heroin to me. really over powering strong bitter tase, its rocky and brown/white in color.

wasted the poor guys stash!! lol
 
How are u gonna go about talkin this thgrough with your room/house mate.
I can 4see quite an ugly situation unfortunatley. If it was Heroin it sounds like a fair bit so chances are the owner haS A HABBIT n will be ouit of pocket big time.
My advice 2 you is addicts (speaking as a 14 year Heroin addict) have a tendancy 2 lie and get very defensive. Think about what u gonna say b4 u approach your mate.

I didn't sound to me like the OP flushed it herself..

if she did, I can think of many reasons why someone would flush it..having children/animals in the house is one of them.

If I came across a chunk of dope, i'd be pretty pissed if it was in my house tbh.
 
Hey everyone thanks! I def did not flush it. The roomate who "had never seen it before" did before I was able to get a good look at it. And I think my description of 'sandy' was a bit misleading - I really don't think it is heroin! It was off white and had a sparkle to it, a bit chunkier than grains of sand... sigh.. looks like I will not be finding this one out!

Why has this not been closed yet? There is no way that anyone on here could even give you more than an educated guess as to what the substance is, and I use the term "educated guess" with little confidence in calling it that.
 
It sounds like MDMA to me.. mdma can look like sandish and is light brown or white depending, and has a very very bitter taste.
 
Can't really provide an educated guess based on the information but it sounds like heroin to me. Was it very bitter? Not that this provides definitive answers, but it sounds like H to me.
 
sounds like heroin if it was brownish looking like you said but if it was more white then anything sounds kinda like crack or coke
 
Can you provide a pic? I can't see this being against the rules. If it is, I apologise. But we'd be far better at identifying it if you could actually see the substance.
