Hey All, i've taken Codeine recreationally a few times in the past, but it has been months since I have taken anything opiate based, I just took a dose of 270mg of Codeine Phosphate and I'm a little worried I may of over done it, I have taken it minutes ago and I just wanna know if i should make my self sick or anything, I'm big built and have always been able to handle myself with many things and i think i should be fine but i just want to check

Learning to differentiate between an OD and a drug-induced panic attack can be a difficult and painful lesson. With opiates it's safe to say that if you can keep your eyes open you aren't OD'ing.
 
You're fucked, sorry to say. Kidding, but really, why post AFTER you dosed if you were unsure? I'd take some diph (50-100mg) if I were you, codeine at higher doses can cause a nasty histamine reaction that is very, very unpleasant..
 
it really depends on your personal tolerance, for some people 400mg of codeine they can shrug off, for naive opioid users that's about equivalent to 30mg IM/IV morphine in peak effect potency.

all you can do to help is just wait it out... you'll feel less fucked in the morning.
 
I took FAR more than that (in a moment of desperation, WD) ... literally downed the whole bottle left in a medicine cabinet. I FELT LIKE ABSOLUTE SHIT -- SO SO SO SO ITCHY. I am very opiate tolerant so it did nothing but make me so itchy I wanted to jump in a freezer. I don't understand why people enjoy that stuff. Maybe my tolerance is just too high and it's fun? idk .. yuck
