HELP!!!!!! heavydose xan for a week...w/d's?

Pretty much just what the title is. Ive been taking 4-8 mgs a day for a week. Mostly on the lower side around 4 mg. If I make today my last day using probably 6 mg total, do you think I will experience harsh withdrawals? I def expect some tense ness and irritability and anxiety, but should i expect physical withdrawal or anything more serious? Note im on subuteX. And yes I know the dangers. I just switched from opiate to suboxone on thursday and got my owm prescription for subs today so I have to stop the xanax right away. Help me please!

You're probably going to feel uncomfortable coming off a week long binge. Physically, I think you will be ok but like you said may experience rebound anxiety. I wouldn't take 6 mg today, cut it down to 2-3.

You shouldn't experience anything too harsh, I'm coming off of 6mg of alprazolam and 4mg of estazolam from the past 8 months with daily use. I feel like I'm dying most of the time, my pulse hovers around 120-130, my blood pressure is through the roof, I have psychotic breaks and deluded thought patterns, I have sensory disturbances, I've gained 30 lbs in the past 3 weeks from stress eating, I have migraines, etc., etc., but a week of taking 4-8mg of alprazolam shouldn't be too bad. In the past I've come off of taking 16-20mg of alprazolam along with 300mg of lyrica, and the random 4-800mg of butalbital for a few weeks, but even that had no comparison to this. Just take it easier than you normally would, and avoid large crowds, loud noises, and any stressful stimuli you can for the next few weeks.
