^^ Patience my friend, you only posted this thread an hour ago
Headaches can be caused by any number of different things. The 2 main things I would point to as the possible culprit are dehydration and muscle tension.
So, are you drinking enough water while you're rolling? Be sure to drink plenty of water
especially if you're dancing.
If you're clenching your jaw during your roll, the muscles that connect your jaws to your skull could be causing the headache. If this is the case you could try taking magnesium supplements every day, this can reduce the muscle tension/fatigue from clenching (and any other muscle fatigue as well).
Low blood sugar can also cause headaches so if you didn't eat for a while before rolling, and you obviously haven't eaten
during the roll, your blood sugar is likely to be really low. Try and eat some lollies or drink some orange juice or gatorade to get your blood sugar back up. Beware of getting it
too high though because then it'll just crash again and you'll feel worse than before.
Low serotonin has also been linked with headaches so this could obviously be another cause. If the headaches become unbearable perhaps it might be worth taking a break from rolling. But cover the other options above to see if that helps first.
