yeah I was shooting up in my tit and I thought that was going pretty good until I got a huge nasty ass abcess on it

work your wrist and do dumbell curls till you feel like your bicep is going to pop out of your skin ,i find very strange none of the moseraters ever mention this to people asking this ..it will plain and simply save your veins

work your forearms every night ,and do curls 2-3 times a week ,dont do an hour of curls ,just around 10-30 reps ,enough to get good and pumped up

and even if you have collapsed veins and you are lifting properly new veins will pop up that you didnt even know was there

i couldnt see juming in a shower every time i would want to bang somthing,but to each his own

The sickest place i've sometimes injected is my chest in front of a mirror. when all my other veins have been used to the point they really need to recover or they just collapse i sometimes must do this. It's a bit tricky to do because of the mirror but if you've got no other options you WILL learn it eventually.

A friend has once injected me in my jugular but i find it bit scary and unpleasant and have no desire to try it again.

Feel for it

Once you get skilled enough, you have to feel your arms and find a vein without visually seeing it. Thats how I do it and havn't missed in a long time (knock on wood). A rubber tourniqet works best for me, snatch one out of a doctors office or a hospital.

A friend of mine shot up in her neck until eventually she had to go to the doctor and complain of a "cat scratch" just to get bactrin antibiotics for internal infections. The only places I go are ALL OVER my arms and hands, I tried my wrist once and missed so I stopped that shit...

And I think if you hit your jugular or any artery you will most certainly die. Those veins, for those of us who do not know, run straight in and out of your heart, morphine or any strong opiate pumping straight to your heart would defiantly not be pleasant if you did live.

Quite often using a tourniqet is a great help for that too.

with vein roll. try to shoot at least 3 inches or more below the tie. And do the best u can not to twist the tie when your tighetening it. cuz if your twisting when you tighten when you go to release the veins are gonna roll back and you untie.
Go look up some pics of the vein system in your arms online. there under there u may not see them but they are. find a good pic and tie off and feel with your fingers. Lucky for my the ones on my lower arm are close to a frekle here and there so i always remeing that there is one on my right arm a little to the left of a feckle i have.

You will learn where they are and remember them.

Lots of people shoot in their jugular vein. It's not particularly common, but when you run out of veins everywhere else that big ole' vein looks pretty good. If you hit an artery you're not most certainly going to die either, however it is extremely painful and could cause problems that have death as a result.

damn...all those times I was shooting powder in my jugular...eek.
yeah I hit some nerve in my wrist once and couldnt move my arm for like 2 weeks. That was worse than most abcesses I had.

it can be tricky but you can anchor the vein with the knife edge of your hand and gently but firmly pull back towards your wrist a little, this should help keep it from rolling.

if your veins aren't shot but you're using a lot try taking a good week break. i always notice my veins bulge out more each day when i'm clean. then that first shot back is heavenly.
