Help Feeling Mephedrone effects 48+hrs after last dose

Well my Friend (really) is still feeling effects from mephedrone after 48 hrs of her last dose. She weighs 113 llbs 5'0 38 years old. She's diabetic and has GI tract issures (I dont know the specifics she takes Reglan for it) she went on a 2 day binge consumed a little over 2 grams in two days. no more than a gram each day. Sorry for all this broken english and such im just really worried. What could be wrong?


She said shes tried sleeping, she wakes up in three hours. She still feels euphoric, paranoid, speedy. She keeps telling me shes just ready for it to end and i feel like this is all my fault :(

Please let me know any questions or information i can find out so we can figure this out. Other people where taking the same ammount and where fine. altho they where larger in size.
 
^Well regaln is metaclopramide which has pretty wide ranging effects. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metoclopramide It is a dopamine agonsist by and large, to supress nausea; which would interact in an unknown way with mephedrone. I get quite bad nausea for which I am prescribed metaclopramide- which I would not take with any dopmainergic drugs. But yeah- 2 grams in 2 days, its not surprsising she's still feeling high. I would say that after plentiful sleep, good food and water, she should be okay. Let us know how she is :)
 
Aw man, that sucks, I know that feeling. Being up and speedy for more than 24 hours and not being able to sleep is one of the worst feelings, especially when you didn't expect it. bk-MBDB did this to me a couple times.

Even though it's not the best of things to do, in these situations I've found xanax to be a saviour. Just to get some down time and save yourself physical/psychological anguish. Last time I was up for 40 hors straight and couldn't take it anymore I dosed 0.75 mg xanax and finnaly got some sleep. Sure you feel groggy and sluggish when you wake up, but getting relief from that shitty state and getting some quality rest can't be understated.

I'd recommend a benzo of some sort. Don't overdo it, just enough to take the edge off and induce some sleep, not a total zonk-out. Hope your friend feels better <3

Sorry to be pedantic but Metoclopramide is a dopamine antagonist.
 
Yes, as has been said this would be a great time to employ a benzo. A xanax or a valium (or a xanax and a valium lol) would be a godsend for her.
 
has anyone had negative effects from taking a benzo after mephedrone? i tend to not be able to sleep for hours after i stop and was looking for something to help me sleep.
 
a little off the mephedrone topic,
but do benzo's have much of an effect on psychedelic comedowns namely lsd?

Valium in particular though, is good for relaxing both mind and body when need be.
