Help!!!! Emergency meth

So I been smoking meth for the first time for 6days I have snorted it before started i did eat lunch every day and drank fluidson Saturday had my last bowl at around 9pm so I start getting this pain in my lower level left back and I noticed that it's swollen right now

I don't know of its my back that got swollen or something else please can someone answer please
 
If it feels really serious - from the picture, it doesn't look good (but i'm not a doctor, and nobody here can give you a diagnosis!) - i would seek medical attention.
People in the emergency room won't judge you. If you're freaking out, get to it man.
Call an ambulance if nobody can give you a ride.
