I feel for you. What a horrific experience. Meth can make people crazy for all types of sexual encounters that they might not be into when they’re sober. I found out my ex was into guys when he was on meth. I’m so sorry you had to deal with that in such a disturbing manner.

I’m glad he went to detox and hopefully straight to rehab after.
You’ve gone through so much already putting up with his opioid addiction.

I agree with @xtcgrrrl that as painful as it will be, the best thing at this point would be to cut him out of your life. Give it some time to let him deal with his stuff and for you to reassess the relationship.

One of my ex lovers is homeless by choice alcoholic on wiggedby Island Washington State. He has family he chooses not to live with because they don't let him do drugs in the house. For a long time I let his poor choice affect my heart. There's nothing to be done. He doesn't want help and actually believes he is super popular and everyone is jealous of his life. Or how enlightened he is.

The dude has some unresolved or undiagnosed mental illness. I did what I could financially at the time for him but eventually he burned all the bridges at his disposal. He literally only cares about getting f***** up.
