Heroin HELP - can't get my tar off the plastic!

I have some tar that I had to transfer to a very humid climate. I also dumbly and accidentally, sprayed the outside of it with water. They're wrapped up in balloons of course, but I guess the water still seeped in.

I can salvage a little of it but the majority of it sticks to my fingers. I can also use that stuck part to sort of pluck the rest of it off the plastic. I've tried freezing it to get it out, which doesn't help a lot.

If I just cook it up with the plastic, will the plastic meltdown only to re-harden again in my veins? I don't think that could happen, but I don't know the melting point of plastic. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I solve this problem? Thanks in advance for your help!

jeez. just dissolve it in water and remove the balloon- dont cook it WITH the balloon. Any H in there will be freely soluble in room temp water (as you already know with your sticky fingers).

Just add water

Jeez dude, put it in the freezer for alittle while, itll come right off
