Help calming an inflamed nerve in a hot tooth

Just be thorough choosing the right sizes [xs/ s/ m/ l/ xl] you might need 3 sizes.
Are the better way, or get a expensive technological one like a Water-Pick.

Are you able to get to a dentist?

Waiting to hear back from several I’ve contacted. Because I live in a super rural area, there’s not many options and I need a dentist who has a special type of advanced scanning, plus the local dentists I’ve tried have been really bad. So I have to go up into the city once I get an appointment and I’ll probably stay there a week or 2. There are several things I need to get done in a city anyway. Unfortunately, the bio implant guy in Vienna won’t see me until I get this tooth treated and x-rays at the minimum, but ideally the CT/CBCT scans. Once they have the scans it can take up to 2 weeks to manufacture the implant, so they need to do that before insertion. I wouldn’t mind staying in Vienna for a few weeks so if I don’t hear back from the dentists that are as close as local airports I might as well just fly there.

The pain is better, so I think the nerve is very slowly calming down. And I’m managing the pain substantially better with ibuprofen, black seed oil, low dose pregabalin, regular brushing and mouthwash, clove oil, intermittent fasting and almost no carbs/staying in ketosis. I took some xylitol gum and chewed it up and covered the bad tooth with it, which seems to really be helping protect the nerve.

I’ve only needed to use some ketamine once and that was right when I woke up when I didn’t have anything in my system anymore.

The lil MFs made of Norwegian Wood i use, are sadly infused with poison,
Fluor, but i am sure in whole food stores the same can be found without poison.
Like i said with my kids around those would be in the house,
i have lower standards towards myself, they don t sleep here anymore.

Its allowed to link to a legit site selling legal products right,
notice the so proud to show how green they are.
But because it not ingested, purest form of 'kakalawaka'
as its in your swallowed saliva. But well officially you don t ingest it.
So doesn t have to apply to food standards.

They don t declare ingredients, so green or not.
Fluoride free remains the question.
Just for the form/ shape the straight side aims at your root the curved not.
Why, the curved side can cut the flesh between the teeth, like flossing can.
But you probably see whatt i mean,

Maybe they changed their packaging/formula? It doesn’t look any different but I ordered mine several years ago. If I still had a box, I would take a pic…might have one somewhere.

But yeah, so much trickery & so many nasty ingredients. You probably know that during Convid, the US made it legal to substitute up to a certain percentage of an ingredient with another ingredient without listing it. Now in Europe up to 4% mealworm can be added to pasta, bread and cheese.

And GMO, well imo radiated mutation. How modern Wheat was made.
And CRISPT are GMO too, when you break it down, the end result the same .
Though the last sounds safer, more selectiv selective.

We are supposed to get prophy cleanings too and I guess it helps but you sound strong.
A broken tooth is very painful and emotional as well I feel.

Tooth support is great. Thanks for good threads. Pain med's work the best but a sleep aid or ice paks. Yeah.

Never brush after tooth-picking, brush before.

So no Dutch Directness here, 50/ 50 Celts/ Norwegian genes.

Don t know what 100% NL genes are, but my fellow citizens have little to none.
The beaches are beautiful, and might you consider, your welcome.
But then come in the sunny time it s stunning.Tiny not small, minuscule.

This is a nice tour through the centre of R-dam, by Steen who is from Utrecht.
Which also is cool, but how minuscule it is the island, going to R-dam is quicker.
Then reaching the nearby beach. Btw there no coffeeshops on the island anyway.

An update: the pain has continued to decline quite dramatically - at most I take a couple ibuprofen a day and I don’t even need a high dose. I just ran out of my black seed oil so I ordered a new brand with a much higher percent of thymoquinone. It arrived today and I guess it’s at least five times stronger, being pitch black, thick and incredibly strongly scented/tasting as well as burning my throat (should definitely be mixed with food or diluted). I see now why they sell gel caps of the higher percentage. The oil I was previously using was dark gold at best and a typical thickness usually, with no burning and a fairly mild taste. So I’m going to keep taking this for a few days and hope that I can completely kill the pain and then go to the dentist next week.

The new brand I’m using is bionatal and they shipped to a bunch of places, fast & free above €60. My 500ml bottle cost €88 & came in 3 days. Will report back when I’m pain free.
