Help am I physically dependent?

I have been taking subutex on and off for months and I don't take them everyday but recently I've been prescribed them and sometimes in an attempt to get high I take 2 of them in a day I normally go 2 or 3 days without taking them without withdrawals but my question is if I go more days could I have wds or would anything I think is going on such as sweating and heartburn just be a mental thing or be because it helps me with those problems normally? I have searched across the Internet and cannot find anything on this subject and it's really important because I am pregnant and I don't want to be dependent but I also don't want to go into premature labor or put my baby in distress but I really want to quit altogether before the baby is born so I know he won't be addicted please please please help?

I don't believe your going to get sound medical advice for your situation here. You need to pull yourself together and get to an OB/GYN now. There is more than just your life at stake, you're pregnant and you refer to your baby as a "he" so I'm assuming that your more than just two or three months pregnant. So please please please get to the doctor now.
