HELP! Advice on large amount of VALIUM/DIAZIPAM withdrawal!

I think I'm steady at 1mg/day lorazepam now. Some days I take extra for stress, but I can take only my 1 mg dose at night and sleep pretty good. The PAWS is definately evident but manageable. Just some depression and anxiety.
I still have a way to go, but 1mg is worlds better than 8mg/day.

I was in the same boat as you about 200 mg a day and in rehab they detox you first. They put me on phenobarbital but it made me dizzy so I was put on 20 mg/day clonazepam. Went down to I think 4mg/day after 3 weeks.
Hope this is helpful I was withdrawing from alcohol as well.

On 8mg now as could feel the drop at 12 so had to stay on it for longer but getting there lol
