I am hoping perhaps I can use this introduction as an excuse to get a little help, maybe, too... I have tried aya twice now. First time, a "shaman" helped. I watched helplessly as he brutally boiled away a bunch of my money... No one even puked - what does that tell you? So, I did more research and tried again, on my own. Again, did not even puke. I have one last batch left, and I am wondering if I should maybe try taking the caapi, wait half an hour, then the chacruna? Or is it important that they cook together? It seems to me that the leaves would not need all the steeping time the vine does.
I am not really looking to "get high" or even speak to the spirit of the vine, although that would be more than OK with me. I have actually been doing research into healing my PTSD, and this is supposed to be the stuff. The two "failed" attempts provided a significant improvement in symptoms, so I am really quite interested in getting proper dose in me to see if I can achieve a cure.

Oh, and cheers to whoever that was who said "DMTea" is what non-caapi brews should be called. Now lets start the DMTea Party! Politics and religion all rolled into one... lol!
