Hi, just discovered this website a week or so ago. Want to thank the administrators for all the information I have learned, I have definitely experienced some harm reduction as a result for which I am very grateful.

Also, nice to not see all that swim crap which makes posts confusing to read. I don't even know what swim means, but its very annoying.
