i'm here because i have a problem with benzos. i quit them for a few years but for some stupid reason i started using again. i know stupid. anyways i keep trying to get off them but have been failing. neck, shoulder pain, headaches and of course insomnia. to make it worse i have to take a urine test which is just a dipstick test. anyways i have my problems right now.

We have several benzo threads running but not in any specific place as they are widely used - sober living, other drugs and there is a big thread in the EADD section discussing problems that arise from Benzo use/abuse.
