Hello, I'm new and scared.

hello i am also new, but a returning member to forums to seek help via a support network . HOW are u and i hope your day has not been a hard one.
 
im afemale, 27 yrs australian and ive got life issues so i self medicate to veil. i just think twice now like, what are my values ?
iused to use to escape , but now i stay in and use , only occasionally, but still.
 
Hi,
Today was not good. Mother has dementia and I'm the caregiver. She woke up calling me because she's afraid.
My stomach and liver was hurting so much because of the 100mg of Diazepam that I took. I had some green tea and slowly started to detox.
I feel better now.
I think I should try to plug tonight's dose of Diazepam. Not too keen on doing that but I have no choice.

i Have been on Alprazolam (Xanor SR) for years. It's the same as Xanax but Xanax is not available in the country that I live. My medical aid does not pay for it. It's extremely expensive and I have to pay cash for it. I cant do doctor shopping anymore. So, limited stock and money.

Keep your head up and know your not alone and that life will not always be this hard. I'm trying to get sober myself and it's hard but not impossible. Good luck and don't give up on what YOU want out of life
