Hey guys,
Brief introduction: I'm 28 - currently working within the construction industry (geotechnical) travelling the UK mostly staying away from home looking at soil and rocks.... The boredom of staying away and general dislike of my job inevitably led me back to drug abuse.
At the moment I'm dilly dallying in the arduous task of CWE with codeine and DHC. My usual evening consists of 2 packs of either co-co or dhc of which I'll extract the paracetamol, this will be taken with upto 80-100mg of promethazine and far too much rum. I'm fighting the urge to go back to H at this moment in time, but right now i'm only increasing dosage/alcohol content which is not a good sign.
Ironically today on site at work my back went out big time, so a trip to the docks later this week...
Anyhow hello chaps & girls - I hope signing up here will help in persuading me to get me mind back on track.
