I have been sober from alcohol & narcotics for 7yrs. I microdose cannabis medicine for muscle spasms from Muscular Dystrophy and this allows me to have the function of my arms where without cannabis oil the atrophy and spasms of the MD did not allow me to function mentally nor physically.

Ive been partnering with local professionals to create a Holistic Recovery Center where people are understood, plant medicine is accepted and where life is valued above all. I am a meditation guide and I’m in school now for Addiction Counseling. I am here at Bluelight to be helpful.

As I’m sure you know, there’s many out there in the recovery community that look down on those of us that use cannabis medicinally. Yet these same people are ok with doctor prescribed medications that do much more damage than good. One day we will find acceptance, it’s slowly happening.
