Hi, I'm a 36 year old desk jockey who's been on clonazepam and other benzos for 4 years. Needless to say, some are certain I'm speeding toward cliff that's sure to mangle my body. Others might say "meh." Right now, with 3 refills, I'm just happy football season's started and that they made a Temcobowl hack with 2016 rosters, even though I can't beat Pittsburgh in Season mode with the Cardinals. I love retro football games.

Anyway, aside from the introduction, I wanted to ask a question to avoid any hostility in the future. What is the rule on bumping threads? Discouraged completely? Wait a week? A month? Reason I ask is because I have a problem I need worked out by this upcoming Monday and I'd like some input from those of you with the knowledge to guide me down the correct path, hopefully.

Anyway, that's about it. I look forward to future correspondence with all of you.

Hi, Welcome to Bluelight ! !
I've been dependent on Clonazepam before, although not as long. I understand to some degree.

It's usually discouraged to bump old threads. From what I've observed, especially months or years old. Sometimes though they need to be reintroduced. It really depends on what it's for and why.

For example, sometimes an answer cannot be found through search button or new threads. I would say best to search first, or make a thread before bumping.

Others veterans around here might have some more input. :)
