I'm beastman. I was a competitive power lifter for some time, until I was badly injured in a car accident had 20+ surgeries. I've been a member and mod. of all kinds of bodybuilding forums, but never one of this type. I look forward to learning new info. and meeting great people. I'm sure I can contribute to any exercises related sections here.

Thank you all for having me here! ,

Hey Beastman welcome aboard :D

Sorry to hear about your accident, I'm sure Steroid Discussion would love to have you around even for just your advice on the bodybuilding aspects and the lifestyle that comes with it, the discussion there isn't limited to strictly steroids. They're a pretty open minded and welcoming crew. What are some of your other interests around the site?

Hope you enjoy your time here though, feel free to send me a message if you need any help around the site. :)

I'm SO sorry to hear about your accident. I've been in several car accidents and I vow not to own a car anymore. I never had any surgeries as a result of a car accident but I already have PTSD and don't need any further traumatic events in my life.

Much <3

Thank you all very much for the welcomes. In regards to in my prime. I was never a super heavy bencher, I could hit 475 3 times. I have always leaned more towards squats and deads.

I suffer from ptsd as well Cap. H from te accident and other things further back.

Again thanks for the welcomes. beastman.
