Hi everyone,

this site has been helping me out for quite some time. Thanks!
My interest in psychoactive substances began about 15 years ago after consuming psilocybin mushrooms which were at that point legal in my country. Since then I have explored mostly other psychedelics and been wanting to learn more about their chemistry and psychopharmacology.
My main aim with these substances is to see my own limitations and to keep seeing the world with a fresh perspective.


I have a fairly specific question on a specific substance and the thread it corresponds with the most is closed. Am I allowed to start a new post?

Welcome to Bluelight. That's ace that the site has already been helping you. Sometimes threads get closed by moderators if some of the content (posts) violate the BLUA (rules) in some way. My advice to you would be to contact one of the moderators of the sub-forum in which you wish to create the thread - explain that you wish to make a new thread n ask would this be ok. That would prevent your thread slsp getting closed if it somehow violated BLUA. For instance, Bluelight tends to not allow legal discussion so if the thread was around legal discussion, a moderator may have had to close it. If it was closed for say, arguing n de-railing of thread, then you creating a new thread may not be a problem.
