Hello, After years of reading Blue Light I decided to join and participate. I am joining on the anniversary of my daugther's opioid overdose which happened while she was in a drug treatment facility. I myself have had plenty of substance use experiences and struggles. I decided to join today because I want to be connected to as many people as I possibly can who understand substance use. I am a harm reductionist and that is the philosophy I live by. I run a drug user union here in NC and am a member of national and international drug user organizing b/c I think it is so important. Thanks for allowing me to be part of your group.
