Hello from Italy

Hi all, first post here so just wanted to introduce myself and what brought me to this site/forum.

So, I've been living in Italy my whole life, although I'm ethnically from South Korea.

I've been struggling with mental health issues for the past 5-6 years and I believe it's because of a bad acid trip that I had in 2011.

I would like to share a lot more and would be so grateful to receive any further assistance.

Hi ChasF, it seems like the main symptoms I'm dealing with are similar to those of PTSD, along with some mild anxiety and depression (which vary in intensity depending on day/situation).

Hi and welcome to the site,

We do have a 'Mental Health' section and you can find that here. We also have a 'Trip Report' section where you can, if you wish, detail your trip, revist the experience and discuss how this may be effecting you still.

I know a lot of people who have had rough trips that may take several months etc to understand what the meaning was or trying to integrate it back into your daily life.
