Ciao a tutti - I'm a San Francisco native who uprooted and escaped to the mountains of Italy in 2010 thankfully missing the hell that has been the Tech Boom from what I've heard.
I'm a fan of the poppy which is how I found you. I've been lurking for a couple of months, but now that my first harvest is about ready I thought I'd dive in and introduce myself.
I grew up in the 70s in the SF Bay Area so I'm no stranger to chemical self-entertainment although now in my 50s I've slowed considerably (well, almost to nothing, really). Have had two spinal surgeries in the past and realized I liked opiates and it helps my pain, so I thought I'd give growing it a shot and stop giving my money to BigPharma. So I'm here to learn and, hopefully, once I know what the hell I'm doing, help others. Cheers!
