Hello from Istanbul // Naltrexone Pellet Guy

Hi to everyone there, I'm from Istanbul, Turkey, I have Naltrexone pellet inside me 10 years alcholic, 2 years heroine on foil.
I have alot of suboxone, is it possible to get high with them? I know I have double naloxone, can I kill the two naloxones and get the bubre?
Cheers But im ok, the pellet saved my life, but after those high years, soberity kills me, I need a one high night.

Naltrexone is a different drug from naloxone.

Buprenorphine has a higher affinity than naloxone and will displace it from opioid receptors, but I think naltrexone has a higher affinity than buprenorphine, so naltrexone will block the bupre. Naltrexone actually has one of the highest binding affinities to opioid receptors, which is why it is used as a medication for opioid abuse.

You could try taking bupe but I don't think the effects would be as strong as they could be. Maybe try one dose, but if it doesn't work, don't take any more.

I actually think bupe should out compete naltrexone at the receptors but I've never tried it. There's mixed info on which has the higher binding affinity.
